Our Mission
CondorBox exists because we believe AI should serve you — not the other way around. Every major AI platform today requires you to send your most personal conversations, questions, and data to someone else's servers. We think there's a better way.
We build software that turns your Mac into a complete AI stack. Local LLMs, voice assistant, smart home automation, and family safety tools — all private by design. Install it on any Apple Silicon Mac and subscribe monthly.
Privacy Commitment
Your data never leaves your home. This isn't a marketing claim — it's the architecture. CondorBox processes everything locally on your Mac. No cloud accounts required. No personal data collection. Your CondorBox sends only minimal system health heartbeats (software versions and service status) to enable support and updates — never your conversations, files, or personal information.
Our software stack is built on permissively licensed open-source components (Apache 2.0, MIT, BSD, and MPL 2.0), including the AI models, voice pipeline, smart home platform, and system services. You can inspect these components and verify exactly what runs on your hardware.
The Technology
CondorBox runs on Apple Silicon — any Mac with an M-series chip, from the MacBook Air to the Mac Studio. Apple's unified memory architecture means the CPU and GPU share the same RAM, making these machines exceptionally efficient at running large language models locally. Install it on any Apple Silicon Mac with 16GB+ of unified memory and run models up to 122B parameters on the Max tier.
The software stack includes Ollama for LLM inference, Home Assistant for smart home control, Blocky for network-wide ad blocking, Whisper for speech recognition, Piper for text-to-speech, and Authelia for single sign-on. All orchestrated to work together out of the box.

Chicha Technology LLC is a small, focused team building at the intersection of AI, privacy, and home computing. We started by building our own home AI server and realized there was nothing like it on the market — so we decided to make it available to everyone.
