Software Guarantee

CondorBox is software you install on your own Apple Silicon Mac. We stand behind our software with a money-back guarantee, an ongoing update commitment, and clear availability targets for our cloud services.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with CondorBox for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.
- Applies to: All subscription tiers (Starter, Family, Pro, Max) — monthly and annual.
- How to request: Email support@condorbox.ai with your account email. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- After 30 days: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds after the 30-day window.
2. Software Warranty (90 Days)
Chicha Technology provides a 90-day software warranty covering defects in the CondorBox software present at the time of installation.
What's Covered
- Bugs or errors in the CondorBox software setup and configuration present at installation
- Failure of included services to start or operate as documented
- Incorrect default configurations that prevent normal operation
- Issues with the setup wizard process
What's Not Covered
- Issues caused by customer modifications to software or system configuration
- Third-party software installed by the customer after setup
- Hardware failures (your Mac is covered by Apple's warranty)
- Network or internet connectivity issues outside the CondorBox software
- Normal variation in AI model performance over time
- Issues arising from failure to install recommended software updates
Open-Source Components
CondorBox includes open-source software components provided "as is" under their respective licenses. Chicha Technology does not provide warranty coverage for bugs in upstream open-source software, but we will make reasonable efforts to apply fixes via software updates when available.
3. Software Update Commitment
As long as your subscription is active, you will receive:
- Security updates — Critical security patches delivered as soon as possible, typically within 48 hours of discovery.
- Software updates — Regular updates with bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features. Updates are cryptographically signed and verified before installation.
- AI model updates — New and improved open-source AI models as they become available, tested and configured for your tier.
- Automatic rollback — If any update causes issues, it rolls back automatically. Your system stays stable.
Updates are applied automatically at 2:30 AM local time by default. You may disable automatic updates at any time through the system panel.
4. Cloud Service Availability
CondorBox is designed to work entirely offline after initial setup. However, certain optional cloud features depend on our infrastructure:
- Customer portal (condorbox.ai) — Account management, billing, and support tickets.
- Update service — Signed manifest delivery for software updates.
- Fleet monitoring (Condor Care+ subscribers) — Remote health dashboard and diagnostics.
We target 99.9% availability for these cloud services. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance. If cloud services are unavailable, your CondorBox continues to operate normally — all local features work independently of our cloud infrastructure.
5. Your Hardware
CondorBox runs on your own Apple Silicon Mac. Your hardware is covered by Apple's standard warranty and, if purchased, AppleCare+. For hardware warranty claims, contact Apple directly or visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
We recommend a Mac Studio for the best CondorBox experience, but we do not sell hardware. Hardware selection, purchase, and warranty are between you and Apple.

6. Enterprise Hardware Installations
For enterprise customers who engage Chicha Technology for on-site hardware installation and configuration:
- Hardware is covered by Apple's standard warranty. We assist with warranty coordination as part of the enterprise engagement.
- Software configuration is covered by our 90-day software warranty (Section 2).
- Enterprise-specific SLA terms are defined in the enterprise agreement.
7. Warranty Remedies
For valid software warranty claims, Chicha Technology will, at our discretion:
- Provide a software update or patch to resolve the issue
- Provide remote assistance to correct the configuration
- In rare cases where the issue cannot be resolved remotely, provide a clean reinstallation of CondorBox software at no charge
8. Getting Support
If you believe your CondorBox installation has a defect covered under the software warranty:
- Contact Chicha Technology at support@condorbox.ai. Include your account email and a description of the issue.
- If you have an active Condor Care+ subscription, you will receive priority handling.
Warranty claims are honored regardless of whether you have a support subscription.
